Your site is built using the professionally developed OnePoint Websites Foundation, then customised for your individual business—not produced as a lookalike template.
You provide consolidated feedback within the included revision rounds. A genuine OnePoint build defect does not use a revision round.
We complete appropriate desktop/mobile, navigation, link, form, SEO, accessibility, analytics and technical launch checks.

Working targets are 5–7 business days for Launch, 7–10 for Starter and 10–15 for Business. Growth is scoped individually. Timing begins when required information, assets and payment are received; client delays pause timing.
You own your fully paid client-specific website. OnePoint retains its reusable Website Foundation, framework and intellectual property.
A website needs active hosting management, security oversight, maintenance, checks and support after launch. Website Care keeps those essentials in place.
Website Care is month-to-month with no minimum term and requires 30 days’ written notice. We provide appropriate handover information or files to you or your chosen provider. Significant migration work may incur agreed support charges.
You supply factual business information and approve its accuracy. OnePoint structures, refines and polishes that information. Full research or interview-led copywriting is additional.
Images may be client supplied, appropriately licensed stock, or AI-generated where agreed. Professional photography is not included.
That is fine. We can connect an existing domain when access and the required information are available.
Yes. We can replace an outdated site or rebuild one that no longer represents the business properly, subject to scope and access.
Yes, where appropriate. These are not automatically included in standard packages and are scoped under Growth or quoted separately.
No. We include appropriate SEO foundations, but no responsible website provider can guarantee search rankings.
Website Care includes up to 15 minutes of minor changes each month; Website Care Plus includes up to 45 minutes. Additional support is available at $95 + GST per hour.
Scope & Ownership
Ecommerce, payments, complex booking, portals, membership/login systems, databases, advanced integrations, CRM builds, custom automation, professional photography, logo/full branding, extensive from-scratch copywriting or unlimited revisions. These can be scoped separately where appropriate.
